How to play

The basics of a match — for exact numbers and per-room rule variants, check inside the game itself.

🎲Turns and dice

  • Roll 2 dice — your token moves forward by the total.
  • Rolled doubles — roll again; three doubles in a row sends you straight to jail.
  • Passing GO — +$2,000 (first 40 minutes of the match only); landing exactly on GO — +$3,000 in the first 40 minutes, then +$1,000.
  • 80 seconds per turn — miss it and you're out of the match.

🏢Buying a company

  • Land on an unowned space — buy it at the listed price, or decline.
  • Decline and it goes straight to auction — you can't just skip it.
  • A bought space starts charging rent to other players right away.

💵Rent

  • A player who lands on your company pays rent automatically.
  • The rate climbs: no monopoly → monopoly (×2) → each branch built, highest at the gold star.
  • A mortgaged space charges no rent at all — $0.

🔨Auction

  • Declined a purchase — the space goes to a round-the-table auction: each player raises the price by $100 or drops out.
  • The last one left wins, buying it at their last bid.

🔒Mortgage

  • Need cash — mortgage your own space (tap the cell on your turn) for 65% of its price.
  • Redeem it back for 90% of the price within 14 turns — miss that window and it's released on its own.
  • While a group still has any branch built on it, none of its spaces can be mortgaged — sell every branch first.

⭐Building branches

  • Own the whole colour group (a monopoly) — then you can build branches.
  • 5 levels: 4 silver stars, then gold — building costs the same at every level.
  • A level can't go higher than the group's lowest company.

🚔Jail

  • Land there via "Go to jail", or three doubles in a row.
  • On your turn: roll for doubles to get out, or just pay the $500 bail.
  • Three failed attempts in a row and bail becomes mandatory; getting out of jail never grants a bonus roll.

🏳️Bankruptcy and surrendering

  • Can't afford a payment — mortgage spaces and sell branches to raise the cash.
  • Still short, or just done playing — surrender anytime from your own player menu.
  • Going bankrupt hands your assets to whoever you owed — or just releases them if the debt was to the bank.

Debt 2,700k (rent on PUMBA). Even after mortgaging every space and selling every branch, it still isn't enough — surrendering is the only way out.
