1. About the Platform

MPoly is an online economic strategy game with fictional brands, ranked matches, a card market and social features. Company names in the game are fictional and not affiliated with real organizations. The Platform evolves: features may change, be added or removed.

2. Who may use it

• you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if higher);
• one person, one account; you may not hand your account to others;
• at registration you confirm that you are 18 or older (the checkbox in the sign-up form, or signing in with Google); a false confirmation breaks these terms;
• you provide accurate information and keep your password and two-factor codes secret. You are responsible for actions made from your account.

3. In-game currency and items

“Simoleons”, company cards, badges, cosmetic items and other Platform elements are virtual objects. They are not money, securities or your property, have no monetary value outside the Platform, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for real money or transferred outside the Platform. We may adjust the game economy, fees, rates and item properties within reason to keep the game balanced and fair.

4. Payments

• In-game currency can be purchased for real money through the payment provider Stripe at the prices shown at checkout.
• Digital content is supplied immediately after payment; by requesting it you agree that your right of withdrawal within the statutory period may be lost, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
• The Platform does not pay out real money for in-game items. Trading items or accounts for real money outside the Platform is prohibited.

5. Rules of conduct

Detailed rules are on the Site Rules page. In particular, the following is prohibited:

• cheating, exploits, third-party tools, rating boosting, collusion between players, multiple accounts;
• fraud in trades and on the market, attempts to deceive the payment system;
• insults, harassment, threats, spam, advertising, inappropriate nicknames and avatars, illegal content;
• hacking attempts, collecting other users' data, disrupting the Platform.

6. User content

You are responsible for the messages, nickname and other content you post. You grant us the right to store and display it on the Platform as needed to operate the service. We may remove content that breaks the rules.

7. Moderation, bans and appeals

For violations we may issue a warning, restrict features, temporarily or permanently ban an account and remove or reclaim items obtained unfairly. You can challenge a decision through the appeal form. We aim to review requests within a reasonable time.

8. Trial mode

Trial mode is available without an account. Results of such matches do not affect rating, do not give XP or rewards and are not saved to your profile. Bots may take part in trial matches; they carry a special badge.

9. Availability and no warranties

The Platform is provided “as is”. We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, absence of errors or preservation of game progress. Matches may be interrupted by updates and outages. We may suspend the service for maintenance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, loss of virtual items or data caused by failures, third-party actions or your breach of these terms. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law or mandatory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms. After account deletion access to virtual items and currency ends without compensation, unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Intellectual property

The software, design, texts, graphics and sounds of the Platform belong to the operator or are used lawfully. Copying, distributing or using them outside the Platform without permission is prohibited.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the Platform operator is located, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in the place of residence. The parties will try to resolve disputes through negotiation.

14. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. By continuing to use the Platform after changes you accept the new version. We will announce material changes on the site.
